About NoVA Yoga
We believe that there is a yoga technique which works for everyone. Anyone, regardless of age or fitness level is able to participate in yoga. The objective of yoga is to unite the mind and body. Yoga uses breathing, postures, and meditations to achieve this union. We teach people techniques appropriate for their lifestyles to help ease tension, increase self-confidence, and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Natalie Arbuckle, 200 hr RYT, KRI began practicing hatha yoga in the mid-1990s. Natalie has completed Radiant Child Yoga Levels 1-3 training and holds infant and adult CPR/AED. Yoga helped her maintain her fitness level and relieve stress while traveling internationally for her engineering career. She enjoys sharing with others the yoga techniques which have improved her quality of life. After Natalie had her son, she found that her yoga practice gave her a fun, focused way to get on the floor and play. This sparked her interest in teaching Child & Me Yoga. Yoga is a great way to show children techniques to help them relax and focus. Exercising with your child shows them that fitness is important and fun.
